Junior Accountant

What we are looking for

We're looking for a champion to record and provide accurate financial information by consolidating and processing relevant financial data, maintaining and reconciling accounts, and preparing reports in line with IFP accounting procedures and local financial and legal requirements.

Your main tasks will be

  • Execute booking and data entry of all accounting transactions relevant to the assigned company(ies)

  • Update the treasury position and prepare the letters addressed to banks

  • Check online banking transactions and coordinate with the assigned show accountant in stations and concerned International Sales Key Account Managers and International Sales Coordinator to keep them updated on International sales payment collection for each event

  • Follow up with International clients participating in Iraqi shows and make sure that payments are made on time

  • Reconcile and prepare payments to suppliers by gathering and balancing information

  • Perform cash counts for the assigned company(ies) to reconcile the cash and checks on hand with IFP’s cashier

  • Maintain proper filing of every accounting document handled, as well as of the legal and bank documents

  • Reconcile bank and sister company accounts

  • Prepare and analyze various reports (such as fuel, phone, office 365, CRM, Sales Commissions, etc.) as requested by the direct supervisor

  • Update the budgetary control sheets of the events

  • Prepare the VAT, tax on salary and Social Security declarations

  • Prepare end of year confirmation of balance letters and dispatch them to relevant third parties (suppliers, clients, banks, lawyers, etc.)

  • Follow-up with the NSSF Representative on the renewal of the Social Security quittances

  • Follow-up on the renewal subscription of the BVI companies

  • Prepare the sales commissions of the Agents, Outbound salespeople, and International Sales Key Account Managers

  • Update the detailed report of group International sales

  • Preparing and maintain budgetary reports per event, that compare budgeted costs to actual costs

  • Keep a log of necessary information in the Department’s used software (PIMS and/or CRM)

 
Do you have what it takes? 
 
Education: BS in Accounting or Finance required 

Experience: 1 - 2 year in a similar role

Language: High Proficiency in English and Arabic. French is a plus

What we are looking for
A pivotal role in the success of ACM’s conference portfolio, you will be calling existing or potential customers on a daily basis to achieve ACM’s sponsorship investment and revenue growth objectives for each conference. The role focuses on having a sound knowledge of established and newly launched ACM brands and events and using this knowledge to generate client interest, qualify prospects, and close deals. You will work within a dedicated sponsorship sales team and receive regular training and mentoring from an experienced Line Manager in order to provide you with the customized tools and techniques to meet your targets.
 
Your main tasks will be
  1. Develop strong knowledge about each ACM conference within your assigned portfolio.
  2. Create and build a targeted Marketing List using the CRM system for each conference within your assigned portfolio.
  3. Maintain and expand the database of prospects for your assigned conferences.
  4. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, generating qualified leads.
  5. Generate sponsorship sales revenue in line with or above agreed targets and objectives.
  6. Work closely with Line Manager to ensure agreed KPIs are consistently met.
  7. Collaborate and communicate with the Project Teams for your assigned conferences, providing updates on pipelines and customer feedback.
  8. Enter, complete, and maintain accurate and timely sales data on the CRM, updating clients’ contact details where applicable.
  9. Dispatch, receive and review signed contracts from clients ensuring that all recorded information is clear and accurate.
  10. Ensure that all contracts are processed by the Accounting & Finance department and shared with the Operations Manager for your assigned conference.
  11. Coordinate with the Marketing Team to ensure client branding is displayed and promoted in a timely manner, as per the contract.
  12. Coordinate with the Credit Control to ensure all payments are made in a timely and accurate fashion.
  13. Attend conferences on-site to facilitate client networking, re-book and generate new leads.
  14. Uphold the core values and vision of ACM at all times with a strong, positive and customer orientated approach to clients.

Education: BS /BA preferred
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a relevant B2B sales job

A highly organized and client oriented coordinator to act as a link between our partners in the events industry (Messe Düsseldorf and Koelnmesse) and potential regional visitors and exhibitors interested in attending their shows. 

 

Your main tasks will be

  • Develop strong knowledge of each show within assigned portfolio using all available marketing collateral provided by exhibition partners
  • Prepare marketing lists to target the right audience (visitors and exhibitors) for the right show
  • Develop event marketing and e-campaign plans and monitor their effectiveness through tracking expressions of interest 
  • Receive inbound calls from clients and provide them with excellent customer service through acting as their point of contact for partners' international shows
  • Travel to partners' funded events to meet and build relations with exhibitors

What we are looking for

 

A champion to sell IFP Lebanon events by generating client interest, qualifying prospects, and closing deals in the Lebanese market. The role also includes selling our shows in IFP stations. You need a can-do attitude with a real hunger to make money and win clients.

 

Your main tasks will be

  • Develop strong knowledge of each show within assigned portfolio using all available marketing collateral
  • Identify and get new business via outbound calls or face to face meetings on a daily basis and maintain accurate sales data on the CRM
  • Sell exhibition space and value added products such as sponsorship or advertising opportunities to both previous and new exhibitors
  • Build and maintain a targeted marketing list using the CRM tool for each show
  • Coordinate with the database team where needed for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date client database
